Shipping policy

The online store processes and fulfills orders within 1–3 business days. If any product is unavailable, the buyer will be notified and the parties will agree on the most suitable solution.

Delivery is available within Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 2–5 business days (order processing and preparation time is not included in this period). In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer — the buyer will be notified in advance.

Delivery is carried out using the shipping options available through the MakeCommerce platform — Omniva, DPD, and Unisend parcel lockers throughout Latvia.

All delivery costs are borne by the buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation.

Orders over €50.00 qualify for free parcel locker delivery.

If the buyer does not collect the parcel from the locker within the specified timeframe, the buyer bears both the return shipping costs and the cost of redelivery.
