Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, except in cases where the product has been opened and partially used. Car care chemicals are consumable products, and opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a withdrawal notice to info@murovtech.lv within 14 days and return the product to the seller. The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, and in the case of a justified withdrawal, MurovTech will refund all payments within 14 days, excluding any additional delivery costs if a more expensive shipping method was chosen than the standard option offered.

The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

Non-Conforming Products

If visible damage or a discrepancy with the order is identified upon receipt of the product, the buyer must notify the seller without delay, and no later than 1 (one) day, by writing to info@murovtech.lv or calling +371 23550506, and by sending photographs clearly showing the damage and/or discrepancy.

If the damage is not immediately visible but is noticed later, it must be reported within 1 (one) calendar day of delivery. The parties shall draw up a report in any form (electronically or in writing) and agree on a resolution.

Complaints will be reviewed and a response provided within 7 days. The seller is not liable for defects resulting from improper use or storage of the product after it has been handed over to the buyer.
